  When to E-file 2023 


Technically, the first day to file your taxes is January 3, 2024. 

The Internal Revenue Service announced that the nation’s tax E-FILE season will start on Monday, January 29, 2024, when the tax agency will start accepting and processing 2023 tax year returns.

But, if you file your taxes online with us, you can prepare your tax return early and have it automatically submitted on the day the IRS starts accepting tax returns.

  Last date to file         2023 taxes

For form 1040 (for Individuals) the last date to file is April 15, 2024.

Form 1120S (for S-corporations) is March 15, 2024.

Form 1120 (for C-Corporations) is April 15, 2024.

Fourth quarter estimated payments due for the tax year 2023 the last date is January 16, 2024

  Earned Income Credit 2023 Taxes

The earned income tax credit (EITC) — sometimes shortened to "earned income credit" — is a tax break for low- and moderate-income workers.

It can provide a generous reduction in your tax bill, as long as your income is below a certain level. To qualify, you have to have worked in the year for which you're claiming the credit.
